The Network was established by four professional women in 1991 with the following objectives:

  • to act as a focal point to promote career and personal development for women of all nationalities within the Luxembourg community
  • to provide a forum for professional networking between women
  • to serve as a resource for information on career and personal development
  •  to encourage women to achieve more satisfying professional life
  • to foster and encourage social, cultural, educational and philanthropic activities
